At Genesis Photobooks, every photobook is custom-printed and handcrafted based on your uploaded memories.
Because of the personalized nature of our products, our cancellation and refund policies are designed to balance production efficiency and customer satisfaction.
We encourage customers to carefully review their designs before placing an order.
Order Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled only before the printing process begins.
Cancellation is allowed when:
- Order is placed but designing is not started yet
- Printing has not started
- Order cancellation request is made within 3 hours of placing the order
Once the photobook moves into production or printing, cancellation will no longer be possible.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:
1. Order cancelled before production
If the order is cancelled before printing begins, the full amount will be refunded.
2. Damaged product received
Client satisfaction is our highest priority, If the product is delivered with significant manufacturing defects or damage during shipping, we will offer:
- Replacement photobook
or - Full refund
Customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery. It is subject to further assesment
Non-Refundable Situations
Due to the customized nature of photobooks, refunds will not be issued in the following situations:
- Errors in photos uploaded by the customer
- Spelling mistakes in text submitted by the customer
- Design approval provided by the customer
• Minor color variations due to screen vs print differences
• Delivery delays caused by courier services
We recommend double-checking photos, layouts, and text before confirming your order.
